The special meeting of the City Council of the City of Apache
Junction,Arizona,was held on January 7,1985,at the Apache Junction
City Council Chambers pursuant to the notice required by law.
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Clarke called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m.
ROLL CALL

Shanks,Councilman Damiano,
Councilman Baljo,Vice Mayor
Eidson,Mayor Clarke
Councilman Absent:Councilman Hill

EXECUTIVE SESSION BE HELD ON JANUARY 7,1985,AT 7:00 P.M.,IN THE CITY
COUNCIL CHAMBERS.
Councilman Damian()seconded the
motion.
VOTE:Unanimous
The motion carried.
Mayor Clarke recessed the Special Meeting and convened into
Executive Session at 7:06 p.m.
Mayor Clarke adjourned the Executive Session and reconvened the
Special Meeting at 9:50 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
)Mayor Clarke adjourned the
Special Meeting at 9:51 p.m.,with the unanimous consent of the
Council.
