SPECIAL MEETING
JANUARY 10,1985
The special meeting of the City Council of the City of Apache
Junction,Arizona,was held on January 10,1985,at the Apache Junction
City Council Chambers pursuant to the notice required by law.
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Clarke called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

)Councilman Baljo MOVED THAT AN
EXECUTIVE SESSION BE HELD ON JANUARY 10,1985,AT 7:00 P.M.,IN THE
CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS.
Councilman Shanks seconded the
motion.
VOTE:Unanimous
The motion carried.
Mayor Clarke recessed the Special Meeting and convened into
Executive Session at 7:01 p.m.
Mayor Clarke adjourned the Executive Session and reconvened the
Special Meeting at 7:30 p.m.
SETTLEMENT ON CIRCLE M
CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION
)Councilman Damiano MOVED THAT
AUTHORIZATION BE GIVEN TO THE CITY ATTORNEY TO NEGOTIATE A SETTLEMENT
WITH ONDRISH -CIRCLE M CONSTRUCTION UP TO THE AMOUNT OF $17,000;
AND FURTHER AUTHORIZE CITY ATTORNEY TO ENTER INTO SETTLEMENT PROVIDING
FOR ANY ZONING AMENDMENT AND FURTHER AUTHORIZE NEGOTIATIONS ON SALES
TAX DUE THE CITY.

The motion carried.
Councilman Shanks seconded the
ADJOURNMENT
Councilman Baljo MOVED THAT THE
MEETING BE ADJOURNED AT 7:38 P.M.
Councilman Taylor seconded the
motion.
VOTE:Unanimous
The motion carried.
