SPECIAL MEETING
JANUARY 14,1985
The Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Apache Junction,
Arizona,was held on January 14,1985,at the Apache Junction City Council
Chambers pursuant to the notice required by law.
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Clarke called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
ROLL CALL

Vice Mayor Eidson,Mayor Clarke
Councilman Absent:Councilman Hill

Mayor Clarke MOVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL
HOLD AN EMERGENCY EXECUTIVE SESSION ON JANUARY 14,1985,AT 7:03 P.M.,IN THE CITY
COUNCIL CHAMBER OR CITY MANAGER'S OFFICE.
Councilman Shanks seconded the motion.
VOTE:Unanimous
The motion carried.
Mayor Clarke recessed the Emergency Special Meeting into Executive Session.
Mayor Clarke reconvened the Special Meeting at 7:40 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
MEETING BE ADJOURNED AT 7:40 P.M.
Councilman Shanks MOVED THAT THE SPECIAL
Mayor Clarke seconded the motion.
The meeting was adjourned by unanimous consent.
