Chair Wilson called the meeting to order at 6:20 pm.

C. Agenda Items
1. 21-644 Presentation, discussion and consideration of Resolution No. 2021-001
SVCFD NO. 2, a resolution of the board of directors of Superstition Vistas
Community Facilities District No. 2 appointing district officers; approving the
general plan;taking certain other actions with regard to organization of the
district; ordering and calling a special bond and operation and maintenance ad
valorem tax election for the district; approving and authorizing the execution
and delivery of a district development,financing participation,waiver and
intergovernmental agreement; and approving and authorizing the execution
and delivery of an intergovernmental agreement.
Boardmember Gremmel moved,seconded by Boardmember Nesser that Resolution No.2021-001
SVCFD No.2,a resolution of the board of directors of Superstition Vistas Community Facilities
District No.2 appointing district officers;approving the general plan;taking certain other actions
with regard to organization of the district;ordering and calling a special bond and operation and

City Attorney Stern introduced Zach Sakas of Sherman and Howard, the city's outside counsel
for the community facilities district.
Mr. Sakas explained the resolution and how it affects the district and city.
