Chairperson Wilson called the meeting to order at 5:48 p.m.

1. 22-286 Consideration of approval of minutes of the meeting of February 15, 2022.
Boardmember Evans moved,seconded by Boardmember Schroeder to approve the minutes of the
February 15, 2022 meeting.

Presentation, discussion, public hearing and consideration of Resolution No.
2022-002 SVCFD No. 2, a resolution of the district board of Superstition
Vistas Community Facilities District No. 2 approving the proposed tentative
district budget for Fiscal Year 2022/23 and declaring an emergency.
Boardmember Evans moved,seconded by Boardmember Nesser to approve Resolution No.2022-002
SVCFD No.2,a resolution of the district board of Superstition Vistas Community

Facilities District No.2 approving the proposed tentative district budget for Fiscal Year 2022/23.

Excused: 1 - Vice Chair Rizzi
Zach Sakas of Sherman and Howard,the city's outside counsel for the community facilities
explained the proposed budget.
3. 22-305 Presentation, discussion, public hearing and consideration of Resolution No.
2022-003 SVCFD No. 2, a resolution of the district board of Superstition Vistas
Community Facilities District No. 2 adopting the district budget for Fiscal Year
2022/23, levying a tax and declaring an emergency.
Boardmember Evans moved,seconded by Boardmember Schroeder that Resolution No. 2022-003
SVCFD No.2,a resolution of the district board of Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No.
2 adopting the district budget for Fiscal Year 2022/23, levying a tax be approved
