No. 2, a resolution of the district board of Superstition Vistas Community
Facilities District No. 2, consenting to the assignment of certain developer rights
and obligations under the District Development, Financing Participation,Waiver
and Intergovernmental Agreement for SUpersfition Vistas Community Facilities
District No. 2,and approving and authorizing the execution and delivery of an
Amended and Restated District Development, Financing Parficipation, Waiver
and Intergovernmental Agreernent for Superstition Vistas Community Facilities
District No. 2,

Boardmember Hock moved,seconded by Vice Chair Rizzi that Resolution 2022+004 SVCFD No. 2, a
resolution consenting to the assignment of certain developer rights and obligations under the District
Development,and approving and authorizing the execution and delivery of an Amended and Restated
District Development be approved.
