Presentation, discussion, and public hearing on the final assessment for the Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 2,Assessment Area No. 1. Chair Wilson opened the public hearing at 6:10 p.m. No members of the public were present and wished to speak.Chair Wilson closed the public hearing at 6:10 p.m. Zach Sakas, Esq. of Greenberg Traurig, outside counsel for the Superstition Vistas Community Facility District presented to the Board that the District Engineer has reported that all work related to the project has been completed in accordance with the approved plans and City of Apache Junction,Arizona Pagel Superstition Vistas Community Special Meeting Minutes April 16,2024 Facilities District No.2 specifications. He also explained the two resolutions to be considered for a vote after the public hearing. 3. Presentation, discussion and consideration of Resolution No. 2024-003 SVCFD No. 2, a resolution of the district board of Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 2 approving the final assessment for Assessment Area No. 1, determining that the work has been completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications, and ordering the collection of the assessment in Assessment Area No. 1. Chair Wilson called for a motion. Boardmember Nesser moved that the resolution be approved, seconded by Boardmember Cross. Presentation, discussion and consideration of Resolution No. 2024-004 SVCFD#2, a resolution of the district board of Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 2, authorizing the issuance of the District's Assessment Area No. 1 Special Assessment Bonds, Series 2024; approving the form and authorizing the execution and delivery of related documents; awarding the bonds to a purchaser; appointing a registrar, transfer agent and paying agent for the bonds; and authorizing the taking of other actions securing the payment of and relating to the bonds.
