MEETING MINUTES
BOARD OF DIRECTORS ROLL CALL: Others Present:

1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call .
Mrs. Barker moved that items No. 3 (Discussion and establishment of procedures
and controls for district budget and expenses) ; No. 4 (Discussion and action to
approve attorney fees pursuant to adopted budget) ; No. 5 (Discussion on possible
purchase of the Apache Junction division of Consolidated Water prior to
bankruptcy sale) ; No. 6 (Update and discussion on negotiations for bank loan) ;
and No. 7 (Selection of future meeting dates: January 9, 1995 - Executive Session
at 6:00 p.m. and Public Meeting at 7:00 p.m. , or January 23, 1995) be accepted
as they are written in the memorandum from the District Counsel ; to have Mrs. Pat
Richmond as the third person authorized to sign checks along with the Chairman
and the Vice Chairman; and to select January 23, 1995, for an executive session
at 6:00 p.m. and a public meeting at 7:00 p.m. Mr. Coleman seconded the motion.
Motion passed unanimously.
