MEETING MINUTES
BOARD OF DIRECTORS ROLL CALL:

1.Call to order.
2.Roll call.
3.Motion for an executive session on Monday, October 23, 1995, at 5:45 p.m.,
in the City Council Conference Room,1001 N.Idaho Road,Apache Junction,AZ.
Mrs.Barker moved for an executive session on Monday,. October 23,1995,at
5:45 p.m.in the City Council Conference Room.Vice Chairperson Richmond
seconded the motion.Motion passed unanimously.
Chairperson Coleman reconvened the public meeting at 6:17 p.m.
4.Resolution No. 1995-006, A resolution of the Board of the Water Utilities
Community Facilities District (City of Apache Junction, Arizona) authorizing the
execution of an asset purchase and interim operating agreement for the
acquisition of the Apache Junction Operating Division of Consolidated Water
Utilities and Pinal County land.
Mrs.Barker moved that Resolution No.1995-006 be adopted.Vice Chairperson
Richmond seconded the motion.Motion passed unanimously.
Mrs. Barker acknowledged City Attorney Glenn Gimbut and District Manager Curtis
Shook for their work on this matter.The board also acknowledged other staff and
their work.
Adjournment at 6:19 p.m.
