3.Approval of Resolution No.1996-003,A Resolution of the Board of
Directors of the Water Utilities Community Facilities District (City of
Apache Junction,Arizona)regarding membership in the Central Arizona
Groundwater Replenishment District.
District Manager Curtis Shook briefed the Board on this item.
Mrs. Surra moved for approval of Resolution No.1996-003.Vice Chairman Richmond
seconded the motion.Motion passed unanimously.
4.Designation of Glenn J.Gimbut as Assistant District Attorney.
Vice Chairman Richmond trimmed to designate Glenn J.Gimbut as Assistant District
Attorney.Mr.Hendricks seconded the motion.Motion passed unanimously.
