SPECIAL MEETING
APRIL 11,2000
The special meeting of the District Board of the Water Utilities
Community Facilities District (Apache Junction Water Company),City of Apache
Junction.Arizona,was held on April 11,2000,at the Apache Junction City
Council Chambers pursuant to the notice required by law.
CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Coleman called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

Mr.Joe Durbala
Ms.Carol Urich
Mr.Rick Dietz
Mr.John Insalaco

(Vice Chairperson Surra and Mr.Eck were

VOTE TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION
)Mr.Durbala MOVED TO
IMMEDIATELY GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 5:30 P.M.IN THE CITY CONFERENCE
CENTER.
Mr.Dietz SECONDED THE MOTION.
VOTE:Unanimous.
