REGULAR MEETING
JULY 17, 2007
The regular meeting of the District Board of the Water
Utilities Community Facilities District (Apache Junction Water
Company), City of Apache Junction, Arizona, was held on July 17,
2007, at the Apache Junction City Council Chambers pursuant to
the notice required by law.
CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Insalaco called the meeting to order at 7:07

FIRST AMENDMENT TO PURCHASE AND
SALE AGREEMENT WITH EMPIRE
SOUTHWEST LLC FOR APPROXIMATELY
1620 ACRES OFDISTRICT PROPERTY

Hoffman stated this is a possible extension of 30 days to allow
both parties to continue to work in good faith towards a
possible sale of the district land.
Vice Chairperson Eck
commented he thought it was a good sale.
Chairperson Insalaco closed
the discussion with no further comments and called for a motion.
Vice Chairperson Eck MOVED
THAT THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT WITH
EMPIRE SOUTHWEST LLC FOR APPROXIMATELY 16.20 ACRES OF DISTRICT
PROPERTY BE APPROVED; AND THAT AUTHORIZATION BE GIVEN TO THE
BOARD CHAIR TO SIGN THE AGREEMENT PENDING APPROVAL AS TO FINAL
FORM BY THE DISTRICT COUNSEL.
Mr. Dietz SECONDED THE
MOTION.
VOTE:Unanimous.
The motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
adjourned the meeting at 7:08 p.m.
