NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND AGENDA OF THE DISTRICT BOARD OF THE
WATER UTILITIES COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT(CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION,
ARIZONA)
Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the District Board of
the Water Utilities Community Facilities District, (City of Apache Junction,Arizona), and to the
general public, that on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.,the District Board of the Water
Utilities Community Facilities District will hold a meeting open to the public at the Apache
Junction City Council Chambers, 300 E. Superstition Blvd., Apache Junction, AZ.
A. Call to Order
Chairperson Serdy called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m.
B. Roll Call
Present 6- Chairperson Serdy,Vice Chair Wilson, Board Member Barker, Board Member
Evans, Board Member Struble,and Board Member Schroeder

1. 20-253 Discussion and consideration of Resolution No. 2020-001, declaring portions
of the public utility easements located at 3710 South Goldfield Road, Lot 542.
Apache Junction,Arizona no longer necessary for public use as public utility
easements and are hereby extinguished.
Board member Barker made a motion that Resolution No.2020-001,a resolution of the Board of
Directors of the Water Utilities Community Facilities District(City of Apache Junction,Arizona)
declaring portions of the public utility easement located at 3710 South Goldfield Road,Lot 542,
Apache Junction,Arizona no longer necessary for public use and is hereby extinguished,be
approved.Board member Evans seconded.

Evans, Board Member Struble and Board Member Schroeder
No: 0
Excused: 1 - Board Member Rizzi
District Director Mike Loggins presented an overview of Resolution No. 2020-001, declaring

Junction,Arizona no longer necessary for public use as public utility easements.
2. 20-254 Discussion on proposed District budget for Fiscal Year(FY)2020-2021 to
include proposed rates,fees, and charges applicable during FY 2020-2021
and classification and compenstion plan for District employees.
District Director Mike Loggins presented an overview of the proposed District budget for Fiscal
Year(FY)2020-2021 to include proposed rates,fees, and charges applicable during FY
2020-2021 and classification and compensation plan for District employees and the budget
schedule review.
