Ms. Garrington explained she had re-
searched the service areas of the city and
the existing facilities to show there
would be no duplication in the plan,
which would include current population
and projected population growth.
Each activity area was described in as
much detail as possible so a clear idea
would be available. She stated she used
a catalog called "Sweets Catalog" for the
cost estimations used in the application.
They are 1981 cost figures.
Mr. Broman and Ms. Garrington discussed
the flexibility of the plans, stating
that BLM expected a realistic plan which,
two or three years down the road, could
be revised if a need was shown.
A joint meeting between the two
Commission was suggested to review the
application and to approve revisions.
Michael Carden made a motion to come
together with the Planning and Zoning
Commission in a work session to review
the application allowing enough time to
have copies made for everyone.Harvey
Long seconded the motion which carried
unanimously.
Lois Broman suggested a target date of
December 15 for the meeting which would
allow enough time for everyone to review
their copy of the application.
Harvey Long made a motion to adjourn
with Michael Carden making the second.
Motion carried unanimously.
