A regular meeting of the Apache Junction Library Board of
Trustees was held September 3,1991 at 6:00 p.m.at the Apache
Junction Library pursuant to notice as prescribed by law.

Selvy and seconded by
Robert Alger to accept the
agenda.Motion passed.
Motion was made by Robert
Alger and seconded by
Cindy Selvy to accept
the minutes.Motion passed.
During the month of August
there was a slight decline in
circulation.There was one
program put on for children.
Motion was made by Robert
Alger and seconded by Cindy
Selvy to accept the
librarian's report.
None had been turned in.The
Board agreed to solicit talent
bank applications for two new
Board members.

c.Request to delay or eliminate
submission of a letter to the
editor on role of the Pinal
County Free Library.Cutbacks
and priorities being set by
that Library may change their
role in the current year:
Motion was made by James
Lovett and seconded by Robert
Alger to nominate Cindy Selvy
for President.Motion passed
by a roll call vote.
Motion was made by James
Lovett and seconded by Cindy
Selvy to nominate Robert Alger
for Vice President.Motion
passed by a roll call vote.
Motion was made by Cindy Selvy
and seconded by Robert Alger
to nominate Karen McFair for
Secretary.Motion passed by a
roll call vote.
Cindy Selvy was appointed to
work with the Friends of the
Library on the Magazine
Subscription Give -a -Gift
Campaign.
Motion was made by Robert
Alger and seconded by Karen
McFair to not submit a letter
to the newspaper on the role
of the Pinal County Free
Library.Motion passed by a
roll call vote.
