November 1, 1994
A regular meeting of the Apache Junction Library Board of Trustees was held
November 1, 1994 at 6:04 p.m. at the Apache Junction Library pursuant to notice as
prescribed by law.

Motion was made by Jeanette D. Hauck
and seconded by Kendra Griffing to
accept the agenda.Motion passed.

Statistics up over last month and last
year.There were three storyhours and
three programs held.Quarterly reference
survey was done.There was an increase
in number of requests received and
completed over the same quarter in
the previous year.

Pamela Loui attended a presentation on
the Dynix System.The County library
may write a grant to try to get integrated
on this type of system.
Date of completion has been changed
again due to the holidays.
Two bids were received on Worden
furniture. The Council awarded to the
low bidder, RST Associates, Inc.
Work is moving along.A slight delay
was caused by a redesign to have enough
sprinkler heads to meet code.Should be
completed this month.
Meeting will be held November 9 at 4:00
p.m. Robert, Jeanette and Kendra are
Board members that agreed to be on the
committee.
Conference will be held on Saturday,
December 3 from 9 to 12 at Civic Plaza
in Phoenix.
No talent bank applications have been
turned in.If any Board members can
recommend someone, it would be
appreciated.
