April 4, 1995
A regular meeting of the Apache Junction Library Board of Trustees was held April
4, 1995 at 6:00 p.m. at the Apache Junction Library pursuant to notice as prescribed by
law.

Motion was made by Jean Namsick
and seconded by John Schoeph to
accept the agenda. Motion passed.
Motion was made by Kendra Griffing
and seconded by Jeanette Hauck to
accept the minutes for the March
7, 1995 Regular Meeting.Motion
passed.
March was busier than a year ago in
every category.We're adding a number
of government documents.We're
doing well in ILL's.Had 3 special
events.We will take a sneak peak of
addition tonight.

Waiting for some finishing touches.Two
people from the State Library did a
walk-through today.They were pleased.
Budget has been submitted essentially
as presented last month,except one
new position to begin in September and
two to begin in January.
Kendra Griffing and Jeanette Hauck's
terms are due to expire June 30, 1995.
None present
Request for Liz Burks to report on the
summer youth program.
Motion was made by Jean Namsick and
seconded by John Schoeph to adjourn.
Motion passed.Meeting adjourned at
6:12 p.m.
