Regular Meeting
June 6, 1995
A regular meeting of the Apache Junction Library Board of Trustees was held June
6, 1995 at 6:08 p.m. at the Apache Junction Library pursuant to notice as prescribed by
law.
Roll Call

Motion was made by Jean
Namsick and seconded by Kendra
Griffing to accept the agenda.
Motion passed.
Motion was made by Jean Namsick
and seconded by Jeanette Hauck to
accept the minutes for the May 2, 1995
Regular Meeting.Motion passed.
Pam met with the City Manager today.
They did not discuss the budget.
Statistics show growth from previous
year.There was a substantial increase in
patron visits.There were several tours
and programs.The Open House on May
26th was very nice.

a. Revisit the Computer Use Policy
to add such section as Internet
Access:
b. Setting of date and time for Special
Meeting for approval of annual report:
The move is complete and most
computers are operating.Shelving in
original part of library should be in by the
end of the month.Summer program is in
full swing now. Library Team members
are working one four hour shift each of
eight weeks.
Most punch list items have been
completed.One broken window should
be replaced by Friday. Maintenance
operation books should be delivered
soon.
Nothing to report.Should be discussed
soon.
The Computer Use Policy has been
changed quite a bit.
Motion to accept the Computer Use
Policy was made by Kendra Griffmg
and seconded by Jeanette Hauck.
Passed unanimous with a roll call vote.
We need to hold a special meeting to
approve the Annual Report.Date
chosen was Tuesday, June 27th at
5:00 p.m.
