Special Meeting - November 28, 1995
A Special Meeting of the Apache Junction Library Board of Trustees was held on
November 28, 1995 at 4:35 p.m. at the Apache Junction Library pursuant to notice as
prescribed by law.

2. Discussion and vote on Food For Fines
program:

Motion was made by Robert
Alger and seconded by Pamela
Rineholt to accept the agenda.
Motion passed.
Motion was made by Pamela
Rineholt and seconded by John
Schoeph. Food For Fines program
will run from December 12
through December 22, 1995.The
program will allow for overdue
fine to be "paid" with cans of
food. One can of food will be
worth up to $1.00 off on the
overdue fine. A five dollar fine, for
example, would require five cans
of food.The cans will not be
accepted for damage charges or
for lost items, but will be
accepted for any overdue item if

3. Adjournment:
the item is returned in good
condition.All food collected will
go to Apache Junction Reach Out
Food Bank, Inc.
Motion passed unanimous with a
roll call vote.
Motion was made by Robert
Alger and seconded by Pamela
Rinehoh to adjourn.Meeting
adjourned at 4:40 p.m.
