A new map has been made of our library,
on the back the Dewy Decimal system
is listed for interested patrons.The
numbers on the monthly statistical report
continue to go up.Pamela Loui is going
to check on the unknown category, it
could be a typing error.Patron visits are
up by hundreds, there were many
programs this month. The library is a
busy place.Reminder of the Teen
Advisory Board Christmas play this
Friday at 7:00 p.m.
They refined the idea of the library being
a magical place. We're unable to use
Mickey Mouse because of Disney, but
will probably use Apache Junction's
famous prospector. On the float we may
have someone using a computer and
reading a book. The next meeting is
January 15th at 4:00 p.m.
We received a break down of our public
relations ideas from last month. On it,
Pam Loui suggested which items could
be carried out by library staff or Board
members.A suggestion was made that
the brochures in restaurants be changed
every 3 months so they can contain
special programs.
