A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Apache Junction Public Library
was held on June 30, 1998 at 6:04 p.m. at the Apache Junction Library pursuant to notice
as prescribed by law.

Motion was made by Barbara Gardner
and seconded by John Schoeph to
accept the agenda with a Call to the Public
added.Motion passed.
The Annual Report was presented
by Pamela Loui, Library Director.
Following a discussion, motion
was made by Barbara Gardner and
seconded by Peter Nolan to
approve the Library Board Annual
Report. Motion passed
unanimously with a roll call vote.
John Schoeph, in his role as
Friends of the Library member,
reported on the endowment fund.
