A. Call to Order
A regular meeting of The Board of Trustees of Apache
Junction Public Library was held March 10, 2011 at 6:30
p.m. at the Apache Junction Library pursuant to notice as
prescribed by law.

C. Acceptance of Agenda:
D. Acceptance of Minutes for
February 10, 2011 regular
meeting.
The question of accepting the
agenda for the March 10, 2011
regular Meeting was placed
before the Board. Dr. Jon
Lokensgard addressed a
formatting issue to start
each sub heading of a new
item with the number 1.
Corrections to be made for
all future meetings. Rhonda
Jackson made a motion to
accept the agenda.Loretta
Nielsen seconded the motion.
All members present were in
favor.

to accept the minutes.
Loretta Nielsen seconded the
motion. All members present
were in favor.

Spencer Paden reviewed the
monthly report for February.
We have received our first
grant check.We are
currently in the process of
hiring.
Working on getting funding
for next year.
Meet Janet Compton.Janet
has worked for the Gilbert
School district for 19 years
teaching kindergarten through
4th grade.She retired in
May, does volunteer work and
loves to read. Janet has a
Bachelors Degree in
Elementary Education and a
Masters from NAU.
