A.Call to Order
A special meeting of The Board of Trustees of Apache
Junction Public Library was held June 30, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. at
the Apache Junction Library pursuant to notice as prescribed by
law.

The question of accepting the
agenda for the June 30, 2016
regular Meeting was placed before
the Board. Rhonda Jackson made a
motion to accept the agenda.
Chester Burgess seconded the
motion. All members present were
in favor.
Discussion on and possible
vote for approval of
the Apache Junction Public
Library Board of Trustees
2015-2016 Annual
Report After a brief discussion on the
report, a motion was made by
Rhonda Jackson and seconded by
Chester Burgess to approve the
Library Board Annual Report as

The Annual Report includes a
Financial Statement based on
documents from the Finance
Department that reflect the
revenues and expenditures made
through June 26, 2016 for the
Apache Junction Public Library
from the General Fund (001), the
Grants -in -trust Fund (004), and
the Library Fund (007).
Meeting adjourned at 6:33 p.m.
