A.Call to Order
A special meeting of The Board of Trustees of Apache
Junction Public Library was held June 29, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at
the Apache Junction Library pursuant to notice as prescribed by
law.

The question of accepting the
agenda for the June 29, 2017
regular Meeting was placed before
the Board. Chester Burgess made a
motion to accept the agenda.
Robert Mayo seconded the motion.
All members present were in favor.
Discussion on and possible
vote for approval of
the Apache Junction Public
Library Board of Trustees
2016-2017 Annual
Report After a brief discussion on the
report, a motion was made by
Theresa Nesser and seconded by
Willie Howard to approve the
Library Board Annual Report as
City of Apache Junction
Library Board of Trustees
Annual Report

The Annual Report includes a
Financial Statement based on
documents from the Finance
Department that reflect the
revenues and expenditures made
through June 15, 2017 for the
Apache Junction Public Library
from the General Fund (001), the
Grants -in -trust Fund (004), and
the Library Fund (007).
