President Barker called the meeting to order at 6:31 pm.

D. Acceptance of Minutes for November 2, 2023 Regular Meeting
Boardmember Hall moved to accept the minutes of November 2,2023.Boardmember Borey
seconded the motion.This was accepted.

Director Harrison reviewed monthly reports from October through December. She also provided
some comparison charts for January through December of 2022 and 2023. Charts included
were: Physical Circulation, E-Content Circulation, In-House Computer Use, Patron Visits,

Children's Programs&Attendance,Adult Programs&Attendance,Teen Programs&
Attendance, Outreach Programs&Attendance and Study Room Reservations. Director
Harrison also provided a social media comparison for 2022 and 2023.
Director Harrison introduced our 'newest Senior Library Assistant, River Winters. River has
worked and volunteered in publi6libraries for over 10 years. She is part of the adult services
programming team and is in the process of adding more programming especially in the area of
young adults. She is also working with the mobile library team by joining them in their travels
around the community. River presented the recent basket weaving program where she showed
the group how to weave their own baskets.Another program River will be presenting is the
"Murder Mystery Party."This event will take place on January 22nd. Player registration is full but
spectator registration is still available.
Director Harrison continued her report with a recent lecture series that was presented by our
very own Board Member,Vera Walters. She presented"Owls of Arizona,"a lecture that brought
in a packed room. Pam also mentioned that AARP Tax aides are here again this year, preparing
taxes free for all ages. Registration began January 2nd and approximately 600 appointments
were made.All slots are full at this time.

1. 24-015 Update and discussion on the library's Strategic Plan FY 2023- FY 2025
Director Harrison provided an update on the Strategic Plan for fiscal year 2023-2025.
