Regular Meeting
November 4, 1980
The regular meeting of the Apache Junction Library Board of
Trustees was held on November 4, 1980 at the Apache Junction
City Hall Complex pursuant to notice as Prescribed by law.

A letter is to be sent to Mrs.
Hansen regarding steps
necessary before library can
be turned over to the City.
A motion was made by Mrs.
Castro to accept the agenda
and was seconded by Don
Taylor.Motion carried
unanimously.
Minutes of the Regular Meeting
of October7, 1980 were read.
Motion made by Hazel Eldridge
to accept the minutes as read
and seconded by Lillian Castro.
Motion carried unanimously.
Don Taylor reported on the
Library Extension Service
meeting he had attended.
Mrs. Lewis reported that the
letter had been sent to Mrs.
Hansen.
Motion to adjourn was made by Don Taylor, and seconded by
Lillian Castro.Motion carried unanimously.
