REGULAR MEETING
May 5, 1981
A regular meeting of the Apache Junction Library Board of
Trustees was held on May 5, 1981 at 7:00 p.m. at the Apache
Junction City Hall Complex pursuant to notice as prescribed by law.
PRESENT:
Eleanor Lewis, President
Jan Hiller, Secretary
Elizabeth Burks
Hazel Eldridge
Lillian Castro
Donald Taylor

After dicsussion of the contract,
a motion was made by Lillian Castro
to accept the agenda and seconded
by Hazel Eldridge. Motion carried
unanimously.
A motion was made by Elizabeth
Burks to accept the minutes as pre-
sented and seconded by Don Taylor.
Motion carried unanimously.
None.
There was discussion on the Library
Board contract to be drawn up by
Wayne Legg, and the Board to provide
the legal description and inventory.
It was brought to the Board's
attention that the terms of Ms. Burks
and Ms. Eldridge would expire on
July 1, 1981.Also that new officers
should be elected.The Board asked
both to remain for another term and
both agreed.
Ms. Burks made a motion to adjourn
with Ms. Castro seconding.Motion
carried unanimously.
