REGULAR MEETING
A regular meeting of the Apache Junction Library Board of
Trustees was held on December 1, 1981 at 7:00 p.m. at the Apache
Junction City Hall Comnlex 7ursuant to notice as prescribed by law.

CALL TO ORDER:The meeting was called to order by
Elizabeth Burks, president.
ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA:
ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES:
A motion was made by Eleanor Lewis to
accept the agenda as presented.Motion
was seconded by Lillian Castro, and
carried unanimously.
A motion was made by Lillian Castro to
accept as presented the minutes of the
October 6, 1981 regular meeting.Motion
was seconded by Eleanor Lewis, and
carried unanimously.
A motion was made by Elizabeth Burks to
accept as presented the minutes of the
November 3, 1981 regular meeting.Motion
was seconded by Don Taylor, and carried
unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:A brief discussion was held by board
members on the Library donation.
A discussion was held regarding a new
member which had been requested of the
Council.It was decided to wait and see
who would be appointed.
NEW BUSINESS:None.
ADJOURNMENT:
APPROVED:
A motion was made by Eleanor Lewis to
adjourn.Motion was seconded by Lillian
Castro.Motion carried unanimously.
