Regular Meeting
July 6, 1982
A Regular Meeting of the Apache Junction Library Board of Trustees was
held on July 6, 1982 at 7:00 p.m. at the Apache Junction Library pursuant to
notice as prescribed by law.

A motion was made by Lilian Castro to accept
the agenda as presented.Motion seconded by
Eleanor Lewis, and passed unanimously.
A motion was made by Eleanor Lewis to accept
the minutes of the regular meeting June 1,1982,
June 8,1982, June 24,1982 draft with.corrections,
the 29th of June to read the 24th of June.
Motion was seconded by Lilian Castro, and pass-
ed unanimously.
The Librarian reported that Apache Junction
Library has added 104 books to our collection
and we have 159 new readers registered.
Judy has left our service as of June 30, she
did a very good job, and she will return for
some volunteer work.The new CETA worker is
doing well.Have received the new typewriter
and the new file cabinet, they are both badly
needed.We are now waiting for the new
Librarian and nothing new will be undertaken,
just hold things together until she arrives.

Discussion of interim, until the new Librarian
gets here. Keeping things together until the
new person gets here.
The report was read and approved. The secre-
tary, Don Taylor will carry it ot City Hall and
have it notorized and leave it with Cathy.

A motion was made by Lilian Castro to adjourn.
Motion was seconded by Eleanor Lewis, and pass-
ed unanimously.
