SPECIAL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Apache Junction Library Board of Trustees was
held on Sept. 27, 1982 at 5:00 p.m. at the Apache Junction Library Pursuant to
notice as prescribed by law.

A motion was made by Lillian Castro to accept
the agenda as presented. The motion was second-
ed by Marge Carlin. And passed unanimously.
A motion was made by Marge Carlin to nominate
Lillian Castro for President,,The motion was
seconded by Jan Hiller, and passed unanimously.
A motion was made by Lillian Castro to nominate
Marge Carlin for Vice President, The motion was
seconded by Don Taylor, and passed unanimously.
A motion was made by Lillian Castro to nominate
Ruby Forsberg for Secretary. The motion was se-
conded by Eleanor Lewis, and passed unanimously.
A motion was made by Jan Hiller to adjourn.The
motion was seconded Ruby Forsberg and passed
unanimpusly.
