Regular Meeting Nov. 2, 1982 A Regular Meeting of the Apache Junction Library Board of Trustees was held on Nov. 2, 1982 at 7:00 p.m. at the Apache Junction Library Pursuant to notice as prescribed by law. Roll call -- PRESENT: Castro, Lillian Forsberg, Ruby Hiller, Jan Lewis, .Eleanor Taylor, Donald STAFF PRESENT: Pamela Glowka, Librarian ACCEPTANCE OF AGENDA: ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES: LIBRARIAWS REPORT: OLD BUSINESS: NEW BUSINESS: DISCUSSION: ADJOURNMENT: ABSENT: Carlin, Margaret Eldridge, Hazel A motion was made by Jan Hiller to ac- cept the agenda as presented. Motion was seconded by Don Taylor, and passed unanimously. A motion was made by Jan Hiller, to ac- cept the minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 7,1982. The motion was se- conded by Don Taylor and passed unanimous- ly. A motion was made by Don Taylor to ac- cept the minutes of the Special meeting of September 27, 1982. The motion was seconded by Jan Hiller and passed un- animously. A motion was made by Jan Hiller to ac- cept the minutes of the Special meeting of October 14, 1982. by chan4ing.."left side of_building" to "west side of Build- ing". The motion was seconded by Eleanor Lewis and passed unanimously. The Librarian gave a report on the ex- penditures for the month of October and for the quarter ending Sept. 30, 1982. Also reported on the circulation figure for October. Discussion of Library workroom and also outside lighting -as to type and where to locate. Discussion of quarterly financial report- not to be for public information. Discussion was held,concerning the exit signs above the doors -cement slab by front door - library (4x4) signs, where and how many? - library fines ( 5 adult and 2 children at present), also number of books to be checked out at onetime. This to be placed on December agenda. A motion was made by Jan Hiller to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Don Taylor and passed unanimously.
