Regular meeting
July 5, 1983
A regular meeting of the Apache Junction Library Board of Trustees
was held July 5, 1983 at 7:00 p.m. at the Apache Junction Library pursuant to
notice as prescribed by law.

A motion was made by Eleanor Lewis to accept
the agenda as presented.The motion was
seconded by Hazel Eldridge and passed unani-
mously.
A motion was made by Don Taylor to accept
the minutes of the special meeting of June
14, 1983.The motion was seconded by
Eleanor Lewis, and passed unanimously.
Katharine Johnston, Supervising Library
Clerk, reported (in absence of Librarian)
that the Library continues to be used ex-
tensively.
The air conditioner has been repaired.
The book drop has not been installed. The
Library seems to be functioning smoothly-
everyone very cooperative.
Recruitment for Librarian continues.
None.
After discussion of the donated Book Drop,
which has not been installed and which is
needed Don Taylor was appointed to contact
City Manager to determine what can be done
to facilitate this installation.
A motion was made by Eleanor Lewis to ad-
journ.The motion was second by Hazel
Eldridge, and passed unanimously.Time
of adjournment 7:30 p.m.
