A special meeting of the Apache Junction Library Board of Trustees
was held pursuant to notice, as prescribed by law, to consider the
annual report for fiscal year 1983-84.It convened at 5:00 p.m. June 27,
1984.

Acceptance of the

Vote on acdeptance of the
annual report:
Forsberg, Ruby (excused)
A motion to accept the agenda
was made by Eleanor Lewis and
seconded by Alice Polomskey.
Following a discussion, a
motion by Margaret Hammer
and seconded by Eleanor Lewis
to accept the annual report
for fiscal year, 1983-84 was
passed unanimously.
Adjournment:The meeting adjourned at 5:20
p.m.
