A special meeting of the Apache Junction Library Board of Trustees was
held July 6, 1984,at 5 o'clock pursuant to notice as prescribed by law for the
express purpose of electing officers to serve for fiscal 1984-85.

A motion to accept the agenda
was Made by Hazel Eldridge and
seconded by Dwight Peirce.
A--motion to accept was made by
Margaret Hammer and was seconded
by Eleanor Lewis.
Separate nominations fdir the
offices of president, vice president,
and secretary were made and closed
after no additional nominations were
made.
Elected by unanimous approval
were Dwight Pierce, president;
Hazel Eldridge, vice president,
and Margaret Hammer, secretary.
A motion to adjourn was made by
Eleanor Lewis and seconded by Alice
Polomskey.
