Special Meeting - April 16, 1985
A Special Meeting of the Apache Junction Library Board of Trustees was
held on April 16, 1985 at 6:30 p.m. at the Apache Junction Library pursuant to
notice as prescribed by law.

Motion made by Eleanor Lewis and
seconded by Charles Russell to accept
agenda as presented.
A lengthy and informal discussion
concerning the proposed budget fOr the
next fiscal year was held.Among
_ items discussed, was the procedure
for asking the City Council to
review the salary of Librarian
Pam Loui.Hazel Eldridge stated
the matter could be handled by an
Executive session of the Board.
Pam explained the methods she used
to arrive at the figures on the
proposal to be given to the Council.
When no further questions were raised
by Board members, a motion for
acceptance of the budget in its
present form, was made by Eleanor
Lewis and seconded by Charles Russell.
Roll call vote on acceptance of the
budget was unamious in favor.
Motion for adjournment was made by
Gary Doak and seconded by Charles
Russell.
