OF THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE, 1982 EDITION, REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION, ARIZONA THAT: SECTION I IN GENERAL That Section 301 (a) of the Uniform Building Code, 1982 Edition, is amended by adding the following exception EXCEPTION The fee for recreational vehicles which require a permit shall be SECTION II REPEALING ANY CONFLICTING PROVISIONS All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance or any part of the code adopted herein by reference are hereby repealed.
