Commissioner Erickson moved,seconded by Commissioner Borey that the Health and Human
Services Commission agenda be approved as presented.

E. Approval of Minutes
2. 21-140 Consideration of approval of regular meeting minutes of March 22, 2021.
Commissioner Kinner moved, seconded by Commissioner Erickson that the meeting minutes of
March 22,2021 be approved.

3. 21-142 Consideration of Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Health & Human Services funding
recommendations to be presented to City Council at the May 17th Work
Session.
Commissioner Mitchell moved,seconded by Commissioner Erickson that the recommendation to
council for the 2021-2022 health and human services funding in the amount of$80,000.00 be
dispersed as follows:
$6,000.00 to Apache Junction Community Development Corporation
$24,500.00 to Boys and Girls Club
$ 11,300.00 to Genesis
$12,200.00 to Salvation Army
$26,000.00 to Superstition Community Food Bank
Commission members discussed their recommendations and reasoning behind them.

City Clerk Jennifer Pena has no report,
K. Selection of Meeting Dates, Times, Location and Purpose
4. 21-141 The regularly scheduled commission meetings are the fourth Monday of each
month at 5:00pm in the city council chambers located at 300 E. Superstition
Boulevard.
