Idaho Road, Apache Junction, Arizona. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1 . Call to Order -- Roll Call 2. Consideration of Special Event Liquor License (beer only) for St. George' s Church for February 28th through March 3rd. 3. GEORGE CATHOLIC CHURCH In accordance with the procedures for processing applications for Special Event Liquor Licenses, inspections were conducted by the Department of Public Safety at the premises at 1890 S. Plaza Drive, Apache Junction, Arizona. As of this date, there have been no objections addressed to the City on this matter. Correspondence was received from the Director of Public Safety for the Special Event to be held on February 28, March 1, 2, and 3, 1985. McDaniel FROM: Lieutenant H.R. Cox � SUBJECT: Inspection - Liquor License St. Georges Church On 2-22-85 an inspection was conducted by Sgt. Bosell regarding a Special Liquor License for Saint George's Community Fair. Sgt. Bosell reported that the area where liquor will be served is a "fenced" area next to the food concessions. People will be allowed to bring food in the liquor area, but no liquor will be allowed out. Two people will be super- vising the liquor area at all times. On the application under item #16 it is noted that Apache Junction Police Department will be on site. Some Apache Junction Police Officers will be in and out along with Police Explorers, but there will not be an officer on duty at the fair all the time. At this time I see no problem in recommending the application be approved.
