Unanimously approved minutes of September 5, 2007 . 2 . Unanimously approved the Parks and Recreation Master Plan Amendment for recommendation to the City Council. The enclosed petition contains signatures of concerned residents who do not wish to have a sports complex and model airplane course at Silly Mountain. In only 2 days, I was able to obtain this many signatures and if I were physically able to go out at night, I would have obtained many more. Out of all the people I approached, only 2 were in favor of the sports complex. 99 per cent of the people knew nothing of what was going on at Silly Mountain. They all thought it was going to be a simple park. Please accept these signatures of concerned residents who do not want the sports complex at Silly Mountain.
