Summary of Research/ Priority Items
1 . Ramada rentals — look at adjusting fees based on # of ramadas rented rather than 11 of
people in party
2. Sports fields/courts — look at adjusting our fees to simplify
• an hourly fee that either includes or doesn't include lights; casual use would still
be free)
• review casual use versus organized use concept
• Develop peak time rental policies (i.e. set time frames, etc. . .)
3. Youth Non-Profit Fees — would like to incorporate into our fee policy a way to
consistently and simply reduce fees for youth serving non-profits
4. Program fees — most of our ranges are in good shape based on fees; will use market
study to tweak our existing programs based on our demographic
5. MGC fees — focus on changes to daily passes and adding a punch pass
6. Aquatic fees — swimming lessons and daily fees could be increased slightly
7. Residency/Non-Residency — explore further — it is a challenge because of our
geographic area, effect on existing programs/customers, etc. . .
