SPECIAL MEETING
JUNE 24, 1987
The special meeting of the City Council of the City of Apache Junction,
Arizona, was held on June 24, 1987, at the Apache Junction City Council
Chambers pursuant to the notice required by law.

Mayor Hill called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

BUDGET WORK SESSION BE HELD ON JULY 1, 1897, AT 7:00 P.M. , IN THE CITY COUNCIL

AND THAT AN EXECUTIVE SESSION BE HELD ON JUNE 24, 1987, AT 7:00 P.M. , IN THE
CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS;
AND THAT AN EXECUTIVE SESSION BE HELD ON JUNE 30, 1987, AT 7:00 P.M. , IN THE
CITY COUNCIL CONFERENCE ROOM.
Councilwoman Gardner seconded the
motion.
Vice Mayor Bakkedahl asked why the
motion procedure has to be done for an Executive Session this evening, as it has
been posted.

explained that this is required by the Open Meeting Law.
VOTE: Unanimous
The motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT

SPECIAL MEETING BE ADJOURNED AT 7:03 P.M.
Councilman Bluntschly seconded the
motion.
VOTE: Unanimous
The motion carried.
Mayor Hill convened the Executive Session.
