held on June 27, 1985 at 6:30 p.m. at the Apache Junction Library pursuant to
notice as prescribed by law.

Acceptance of Agenda: Motion was made by Jan Hiller
and seconded by Rosaline Debnam.
Vote on acceptance of annual report
for fiscal year 1984 - 1985: Motion was made by Rosaline
Debnam to accept annual report
and was seconded by Ruby Forsberg.
Carried unanimously.
Adjournment: Motion for adjournment was made
by Jan Hiller and seconded by
Ruby Forsberg. Carried unanimously.
