A Special Meeting of the Apache Junction Library Board of Trustees was
held on October 23, 1985 at 8:30 a.m. at the Apache Junction Library pursuant to
notice as prescribed by law.

1. Acceptance of Agenda: Motion made by Hazel Eldridge
and seconded by Ruby Forsberg
to accept agenda as presented.
Passed unanimously.
2. Vote on Grant Proposal: Motion was made by Hazel
Eldridge and seconded by
Rosaline Debnam to accept
the Grant proposal for senior
citizens' services and support
for programs described therein.
Carried unanimously.
3. Adjournment: Motion for adjournment was
made by Hazel Eldridge and
seconded by Rosaline
Debnam. Carried unanimously.
