"ft A Special Meeting of the Apache Junction Library Board of Trustees
was held on September 18, 1986 at 6:00 p.m. at the Apache Junction Library
pursuant to notice as prescribed by law.
Roll Call --
Present Absent
Eldridge, Hazel None
Forsberg, Ruby
Gordon, Barbara
Navarre, Linda
Sterr, Catharine
Spence, Terry
Staff: Pamela Loui, Librarian
Others: Ilene Taylor, City Councilman
1. Acceptance of Agenda: Motion was made by Linda
Navarre and seconded by Ruby
Forsberg to accept the agenda.
Motion carried.
2. Further discussion on Library
Program Room use policy: Changes decided upon in the
Library Board of Trustees'
"Draft of Recommendations"
were:
I. Purpose--Pam Loui,
Librarian, will rewrite the
purpose.
II. Policies:
3) Add "with the approval of
the Board of Trustees"
7) Delete the first sentence.
Add the second sentence
to 8) .
9) Delete entirely.
Renumber original numbers 10--16
to be 8--14.
3. Adjournment: Linda Navarre moved, seconded by
Barbara Gordon, to adjourn.
Passed unanimously.
