A regular meeting of the Apache Junction Library Board of Trustees
was held December 1, 1987 at 6:00 p.m. at the Apache Junction Library pursuant
to notice as prescribed by law.

1. Acceptance of Agenda• Motion was made by Linda Navarre
and seconded by Ruby Forsberg to
accept the agenda. Motion passed.

2. Acceptance of Minutes for
November 3, 1987 Regular Meeting• Motion made by Linda Navarre and
seconded by Ruby Forsberg to accept
the minutes. Motion carried.
3. Librarian Report: Librarian's report showed increases
again in circulation over last month.
We were given a report on November
statistics and activities.
4. Old Business: None
5. New Business:
a. Procedure for recovering books
"lost in circulation": Pamela Loui gave a report on Ordi-
nance 471, currently in effect in
Douglas. This is in reference to
establishing a method of penalties
for theft and book damage. A motion
was called that she look into it
further, propose an ordinance for
our library and approach the City
.... attorney for a letter to put before
the patrons of the library. Motion
was made by James Lovett and was
seconded by Ruby Forsberg.
