Special Meeting - May 31, 1988
A Special Meeting of the Apache Junction Library Board of Trustees
was held on May 31, 1988 at 6:00 p.m. at the Apache Junction Library pursuant
to notice as prescribed by law.

1. Acceptance of Agenda: Motion was made by Terry Spence
and seconded by James Lovett to
accept the agenda. Motion passed
2. Ordinance 614 Review: City Attorney David Alexander said
that Ordinance 614 was passed and is
now in use. He reviewed the areas
we had questions about. He will
draft a threatening letter for the
librarian's use in case the first
letters sent were not effective
He asked if the City Council had
approved the library policies. If
not, we must get the list of
policies together and get a review
of same on the agenda of a City
Council meeting so they can adopt
them. We can go over them later for
changes that may be needed.
3. Adjournment: Meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
