Special Meeting - June 27, 1988
A Special Meeting of the Apache Junction Library Board of Trustees
was held on June 27, 1988 at 6:00 p.m. at the Apache Junction Library pursuant
to notice as prescribed by law.
Roll Call --
Present Absent
Gordon, Barbara Benson, Gladys
Carlson-Foat, Virginia Forsberg, Ruby
Lovett, James
Navarre, Linda
Spence, Terry
— Staff: Pamela Loui, Library Director
1. Acceptance of Agenda: Motion was made by Terry Spence
and seconded by Linda Navarre to
accept the agenda. Motion passed
unanimously.
2. Approval of Annual Report: Pam Loui went over the report.
Discussion followed. A motion was
made by Terry Spence and seconded
by Virginia Carlson-Foat to
accept the Annual Report. It
passed unanimously.
3. Review of Talent Bank
applications for Library Board of
Trustees vacancy: Motion was made by Terry Spence
and seconded by James Lovett to
recommend to the City Council that
Kathy Little be appointed to the
Library Board. Motion passed
unanimously.
4. Adjournment: Meeting adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
