There was a regular meeting of the Board of Adjustments on August 15, 1979
at 7:00 p.m.
Members present.
Mr. Nesser, Mr. Nunn
Members absent•
Mr. Jessamine, Mr. Furness, Mr. Bonucci.
Business•
BA-1-79 Non-Conforming Use Request, to construct a duplex in a
General Rural Zone. This will be in addition to two (2) duplexes
presently on said parcel. Lot 20, Block 3, Newtown Subdivision.
Applicant• M. M. Kiker
The Chairman declared a quorum was not present and the meeting was
continued until August 21, 1979.
