BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
CITY OF APACHE JUNCTION
CITY HALL
OCTOBER 1, 1979

l.Chairman Jessamine opened the meeting at 6 p m.
2.Mr. Vaughn noted that "Minutes" dated 9-4-79, Item #1
that Mr. Furness seconded the motion instead
of Mr. Vaughn.
3.Nesser Vaughn M/S to approve "Minutes" of 9-4-79 as amended
above. Motion passed unanimously.
4.Chairman Jessamine opened the public hearing on BA-2-79, application
of Nelson Williams to permit continuation of a wreck-
'=ft ing yard being a nonconforming use. The action is
required by section 2306 of the Zoning Ordinance.
5.Mr. Gero introduced a letter from Mr. Ron Petica, attorney for
the applicant requesting an approximate 30 day delay
in the public hearing Letter attached.
6.Nesser/Vaughn M/S to continue the public hearing to 6 p.m. on
November 5, 1979 at the City Hall. Motion passed
unanimously.
7.Nesser/Vaughn M/S to adjourn the meeting (6.15 p.m.) Motion
passed unaninously.
