10. Chairman asked Mr. Gero for his recommendation.
1 11. Mr. Gero stated a letter from a doctor has been filed
stating a medical hardship exists, that Mary and
Joseph Cornell have been required to move due to the
health problems of their previous landlord, which
forced the previous landlord to sell the property,
and recommends that the variance be granted by the
Board, with the stipulation that it be good until
Mr. Joseph Cornell is either not living on the property
or the property is sold, at which time this variance
would become null and void. Further, that this
motion be forwarded to Dorothy McWilliams to be
certain that this application be required to meet
County Health Department standards.
12. Chairman declared a short recess. Reopened meeting 5 minutes
later.
